Skychart is provided free of charge by Consulting Manao GmbH as an informational tool. By using it you accept these terms.
Nature of the service
Skychart is a read-only viewer for public Stellar network data. It does not custody funds, execute transactions, or offer financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Balances and prices are best-effort and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Consulting Manao GmbH disclaims all liability for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or the data it displays.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer security controls, or use it to infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
Third-party services
Skychart queries public third-party APIs (see the Privacy page). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Graz, Österreich.
